Delivery for orders are calculated by weight and will be added during the checkout process.
We aim to despatch within 12 hours of order receipt and delivery within 3-4 days. This is normally by Royal Mail but can be by overnight courier.
Large orders are delivered by our overnight parcel couriers and may require a signature. Please specify a delivery address and where possible a safe place or neighbour where the parcel can be left if you are unavailable.

For orders weighing under 2Kg carriage charge is £6.95
Orders over 2kg will be charged at £12.95 per box. We will contact you to confirm the cost

We do not currently ship outside of the UK, the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands
Furniture Delivery
We can deliver within a 10 mile radius at a fixed cost of £50
Collect from the shop
You can collect your order from our shop. Simply put a note in the additional information Click & Collect and there will be no delivery charge.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your order. We only accept returns on faulty or damaged goods. Just email us to request a returns slip, complete the Returns Slip and return the item in the original packaging with a brief explanation of the fault or damage and advise whether you would like a refund or replacement item. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage. The Item must be returned in it's original packaging and in a suitable state to be accessed.
If we cannot replace the item for you (in the event that there are none in stock) we will offer either another item to the same value or a full refund.

The process of return typically takes 1 - 2 weeks from receipt of the returned item to Plumcrazy however we will endeavor to complete this straight away for goodwill.
